This bright 3 bedroom, family-friendly bungalow is ideally situated for a seaside holiday. Located on a small side-road off one of Canada's most popular tourist routes, the Lighthouse Route, this cottage enjoys a large, sloping grassed lawn with plenty of trees and shrubs. Lounge on the back deck and take in the view of St. Margaret's Bay.
The house has approximately 60 feet of shoreline and enjoys a serene view of sailboats, islands and pristine water. At low tide, there is a private sandy beach where you can swim, snorkel or begin a hike along the rocky shoreline.
The large living room and dining area are great for entertaining. The dining table seats 6 and the kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need to cook up a feast. Large windows and sliding doors lead on to the back deck where you will also find patio furniture and a barbeque.
On one end of the cottage is the master bedroom, which enjoys the ocean views from the sliding doors. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a toilet. The second bedroom, at the other end of the cottage, is large and has a queen sized bed. The laundry room is off this bedroom. The third bedroom has a single bed. The main bathroom has a bathtub/shower.
Location
Cove View Cottage is located in Ingramport, near the Head of St. Margaret's Bay. It is just 40 minutes from the airport, 30 minutes to downtown Halifax and also very near many beautiful beaches in St. Margaret's Bay.
