Mariner's Cottage

Mariner’s Cottage is a unique and charming oceanfront home located in Paddy’s Head, Indian Harbour. With water views from both the front and back of the property, it is the perfect place for a seaside family holiday or romantic getaway. There are three bedrooms so there is plenty of room for up to six people.

The main floor has a spacious living room with a comfy sectional couch, a fireplace and a TV. A large dining table with seating for six enjoys views of St. Margarets Bay from across the road. Enjoy the large deck off the living room to take full advantage of the view or enjoy a barbeque and dinner al fresco. The backyard leads to the waterfront where there is a staircase down to a rocky beach. There is also a sandy beach right across the street and a short stroll away. Paddy’s Head is widely known as one of the best places to scuba dive in the province, with its clear water and abundance of sealife.

The handmade kitchen has all the tools you'll need to cook up a feast. Fully equipped with high-end appliances, gas stove, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and even some necessary utensils should you decide to cook up a lobster feast. There is also a small bathroom and a laundry room with washer and dryer. You will no doubt appreciate the new large windows all around the house – open them up and breath in the fresh ocean air!

Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower and a clawfoot bathtub. The main bedroom has a queen sized bed and plenty of windows to enjoy the view. There is also a shower and a vanity sink in this room. The second bedroom is bright and airy and has a queen sized bed as well. The spacious third bedroom has two twin beds and a private balcony.
